Scope of work in this phase of the project includes, but not limited to: All site work, finish site work, signage, paving, landscaping, concrete walkways, modernization to existing buildings to include removal & replacement of carpet, vinyl/LVL tile flooring, wall finishes, Tâ bar ceilings & acoustic panels, electrical, data, communication, lighting, doors, frames, door hardware, room or corridor extensions, exterior plaster and repair, roof repair, trenching & backfill for utilities.

Val Verde Unified School District requires all general contractors and all mechanical, electrical and plumbers (MEP) subcontractors utilizing any of the following licenses be prequalified with the District: General Contractors (A and B) and Subcontractors (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46). Val Verde Unified School District uses PQBids (https://pqbids.com/valverde-usd) to manage prequalification.
