SCOPE: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to update four (4) State Owned Housing (SOH) units. Work includes exterior painting, siding replacement, flooring replacement, refinish flooring, bathroom updates, kitchen updates, new water heater, new insect screens, concrete, demolition, replace windows and other miscellaneous work.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
