The majority of work consists of the installation of approximately one mile of new sewer segment trunk lines on Brimhall Road, Renfro Road, and Rudd Avenue, the construction of a new sewer lift station, and all necessary roadway work and electrical and instrumentation work.  

We will assist with Bonds, Lines of Credit, and Insurance, if needed. 

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (if required).
