Citadel EHS is seeking Los Angeles County Community Business Enterprise (CBE) Program business enterprises currently certified by a public agency as minority, women-owned, disadvantaged, disabled veteran, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning-owned. This contract will involve providing services related to environmental testing, inspection, and monitoring services in support of the County’s Capital Projects Program on an as-needed basis.

All interested, qualified CBE firms are invited to send a Statement of Qualifications to Ms. Hughes by e-mail no later than Friday, November 29, 2024 (County’s submittal due date is December 18, 2024.). Please do not exceed 10 pages and include the following: 1) Letter of interest addressed to Kier DeLeo, CHMM, CAC, Citadel EHS, 1725 Victory Boulevard, Glendale, CA 91201; 2) Firm overview that highlights experience in the service to be provided; 3) Relevant project experience with the Co. of Los Angeles, DPW, or similar; 4) 2-page maximum resume for qualified staff that includes registrations, certifications, years of experience, and project experience; 5) A statement affirming your firm will comply with the County’s Indemnification and Insurance Provisions (see Attachment 2 of RFP) and Proof of Insurance in compliance with the County’s requirements; 6) A copy of your current, applicable certification(s) such as MBE, WBE, DBE, or DVBE (not part of page count); 7)  A copy of your current DIR registration (not part of page count); 8) Identify primary contact and contact information; 9) An executed Jury Service Program Certification Form (not part of page count)

Failure to provide all the information requested and in a timely manner will be deemed non-responsive and will be grounds for disqualification. Citadel EHS is able to assist qualified firms with obtaining bonds, lines of credit, or insurance and in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance as required by contract documents.
