Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Castle Park High School - Building and Site Improvements (RE-BID) for Sweetwater Union High School District.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• SITE MODERNIZATION OF AN EXISTING HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS, WITH DEMOLITION OF SELECT BUILDINGS (BY CONTRACTOR) AND EXISTING SITE WORK.
• CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO-STORY CLASSROOM BUILDING (900)
• INSTALLATION OF HARDSCAPE, LANDSCAPE & ARTIFICIAL TURF, (5) PC-APPROVED SHADE STRUCTURES, PLATFORM, NEW WALKING RAMP TO THE RIGHT OF WAY, PV BATTERY STORAGE CABINET 

Est Construction Budget: $19,000,000

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.  

There is a 3% DVBE Participation requirement.

There is a MEP Subcontractor Prequalification requirement. 

Subcontractors HOLDING C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses who have not been prequalified shall be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered.  ANY listed subcontractor holding one of those licenses stated in Public Contract Code section 20111.6(k) must be prequalified for this project regardless of the scope of work assigned to that subcontractor.
