Existing asphalt removed/replaced with new asphalt & concrete. Existing grass playfield removed/replaced with synthetic turf, drainage mat over cement treated soil. New subsurface drainage provided to divert water from existing play areas. New bio-swale/retention basin provided south of play field. Project includes small retaining walls along the field and PC approved shade shelter @ synthetic field.
