The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the PLA.

CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THE WORK: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work Data cabling, fiber, and low-voltage system work must be performed by C-7 licensed contractor. Conduit and electrical work to be performed by C-10 licensed contractor. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.

PRE-QUALIFICATION: Prime Contractors shall prequalify through PQ Bids at: https://go.pqbids.com/enroll-us. Applications must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening and must be approved as least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening in order to qualify for these projects. Approval is valid for one (1) year from the date of notice of qualification, except as noted in prequalification documents.
