PROJECT DETAILS:
This contract is for the construction of two story administration building of approximately 14,500 sf and associated sitework on an existing public community college school site that will be in session during construction.
Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project may be required to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
