SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of 20'x20'x10' high single support shade structures at 7 elementary schools (see below). Patch and repair paved surfaces damaged during construction. Mark out all utilities in construction areas prior to starting. Continuous surfaces, including walks and sidewalks, shall gave a continuous common surface not interrupted by abrupt changes in level exceeding ½ inch. All concrete paving with a slope less than 5% shall have medium broom finish. Blackout existing line markings on play areas that will no longer be used. Shade shelter is owner furnished, and contractor installed.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
