PROJECT DETAILS:

SCOPE OF WORK: Creating cover over trash enclosure with new gates, trellis, and extending fencing. Installation of new landscaping and replacement of existing damaged stone veneer. Remove existing trash enclosure gates and frame. Modify and store existing concrete wall cap. Provide new tube steel frame enclosure with metal panels. Provide metal frame trellis with perforated panels. Provide new 7' tall gates and frame per plan. gates to receive perforated panels. Replace all existing damaged stone veneer. Provide landscaping and tree trimming per landscape drawings.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
