The work of this Non-PLA project involves:
???? West Mechanical Service Yard- Removal and replacement of: one (1) cooling tower,two (2) condenser water loops, two (2) primary chilled water loops, two (2)secondary chilled water loops, structural supports of equipment, and all associatedadditional elements, piping and fittings.
???? East Mechanical Service Yard- Removal and replacement of: two (2) cooling towers,three (3) condenser water loops, three (3) primary chilled water loops, three (3)secondary chilled water loops, structural supports of equipment, and all associated additional elements, piping and fittings

This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract,Work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must have current prequalified status with the Owner. The application for prequalification must be submitted to the Owner at least ten days prior to bid opening.
The prequalification application may be obtained from the Owner.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be registered with the DIR. Certified payroll reporting required. DAS 140/142 Form is required.
