•Per plans and specification
•Exclusions must be noted
•All trades are responsible to visit and/or investigate the project site to identify existing and potentialconditions pertaining to their scope of work.
•All work must be in accordance with all local, state and/or national code requirements.
•Engineering, layout and/or testing, if required, shall be included.
•100% Performance and payment bond may be required; JUV, Inc. will pay up to 1.5% of Bond Premium.
•Pricing structure must be by CSI divisions (i.e. separate pricing for mechanical and plumbing, lath/plasterand drywall, etc.)
•This project is subject to Project Labor Agreement and DVBE Requirements.
