PROJECT DETAILS:
The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Selective demolition, site preparation, grading, trenching, utility extension and connection to 9 new classroom and 1 new restroom interim housing units.
CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THE WORK: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
DISTRICT'S PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE: All General Contractors must submit a prequalification package a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to bid date in order to bid on this project. No bids will be received or opened from Bidders who have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. General Contractors shall prequalify through PQ Bids at: https://go.pqbids.com/enroll-us.
