The scope of work for this phase includes, but is not limited to: Clear and grub of the existing site, rough grading (including subgrade stabilization at building pads), installation of main storm drainage lines, sewer, domestic and fire water lines, new conduits for primary electrical service, low voltage, and Frontier, installation of Owner furnished switchgear, construction of CMU retaining wall, offsite improvements and implementation of erosion control measures.
