PROJECT DETAILS:

We are accepting proposals from all trades/suppliers for work associated with Divisions 03 thru 33. Project consists of: The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) has a requirement to construct eleven (11) CAHF, a.k.a. holding pads, each with ammunition storage pads, protective earthen berms, reinforced concrete retaining walls, all designed in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) explosive safety standards. North American Industry classification System (NAICS) Code: 237990, Other heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. Product Service Code (PSC): Y1GA - Construction of Ammunition Storage Buildings.
Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard: $45,000,000.00 Annual Revenue.
The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.

All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.

We are accepting sub/supplier pricing from all divisions 2 thru 33 listed in the contract specifications.
