PROJECT DETAILS:
All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained at the office of the City of Atwater, Engineering Division, located at 750 Bellevue Road, Atwater, CA, 209-357-6233, upon request and payment of $50.00 per set, which is nonrefundable. Electronic copies of the plans and specifications (PDF's) for this project are available up request at Atwater Engineering Division, and Central Valley Builders Exchange. They can also be reviewed at our office located, 2743 E. Shaw Ave. Ste. 103 Fresno, CA 93710, by appointment only. Harris Development Corp. dba HBC Enterprises is requesting reasonable time prior to the bid dated, in order to fully evaluate quote. Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, and current insurance. Bidders are required to comply with all CARB and Regulation requirements, including, without limitation, all applicable sections of the Regulation, as codified in Title 13 of the CA Code of Regulations section 2449. Bidder's must provide, with their Bid, copies of the most recent, valid Certificate of Reported Compliance ("CRC") issued by CARB. Subcontractor's will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement. This is a prevailing wage project. Please contact our office if you are interested in this project.
