Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Consultant Services for Implementation and Other Support for Safe, Clean Water Program for various projects throughout the Los Angeles County. (RFP No.: BRC0000302). Psomas requests qualifications from Los Angeles County Community Business Enterprises (CBEs), which include Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged Business, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DBVE), and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning business enterprises (LGBTQ) interested in providing qualified personnel to provide Water Resources; Flood Hazard Mitigation; Environmental Engineering; Environmental Documentation and Permitting; Telemetry Systems; Geotechnical Engineering; Survey Engineering; Staffing, Developing, Administering, and Managing Stormwater Related Programs; Strategic Communications; BMP Inspection and Validation; Provision of Labor, Licenses/Certifications, Materials, Storage and Disposal; Stormwater Related Studies; Planning Engineering; Feasibility Studies; Design Engineering Services (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates); Public Outreach and Community Engagement; Education and Workforce Development; Public Meeting Facilitation and Presentation; Information Technology Services.
