Any/All Subcontractors holding a (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46- MEP's) and SPECIALTY Trade subcontractors holding a (C-51- Structural Steel, and C-8- Performing Structural Concrete) license MUST be prequalified with Orange Unified School District to bid on this project. Scope Of Work-

Major components of the project scope include, but are not limited to:

Demolition of the existing Administration Building, 2-story Classroom Building, and a 1-story Science Building and demolition of adjacent existing canopies. Patch and repair where the demolished Administration Building meets the existing Band Room/Theater Building. Patch and repair where the canopy meets the existing Library and Classroom Building 500. Construction of new restrooms and demolition of existing ceiling in Theater Building. Construction of a new 2-Story Building, consisting of Administration and Student Services on the 1st floor and (6) General Classrooms on the 2nd Floor. Site and utility upgrades around the new Building and on the Southwest corner of the Campus.

P.H. Hagopian requires all subcontractors to be prepared to furnish 100% performance and payment bonds by an admitted surety in the amount of their bid.  Premium cost to be listed as a separate bid line item.  P.H. Hagopian, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive the requirement for such bond. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Under new California Law, all Subcontractors and any Sub-Tier Contractors, must be DIR registered contractors at the time of Bid and at all times during the performance of the work. P.H. Hagopian is only soliciting sub-trade bids from those Contractors and Sub-Tier Trade contractors who are DIR registered Contractors.

P.H. Hagopian Contractor, Inc, intends to seriously negotiate with all subcontractors and requires all to execute the P.H. Hagopian Master subcontract.  A copy of the master subcontract is available for review at our main office and Website.
