SCOPE OF WORK: The Work includes the construction of an approximately 8.8 acre active recreation park, with associated improvements including but not limited to grading, drainage, wet utilities, dry utilities, parking improvements, pedestrian walks, tennis, pickle-ball and basketball courts, multiuse turf area, lighting, play areas, pre-fabricated bathroom facility, irrigation, planting, with associated and appurtenant construction.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
