The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at the following campuses:

· Presidio Middle School - 450 30th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121

· Roosevelt Middle School - 460 Arguello Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94118

CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THE WORK: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Data cabling, fiber, and low-voltage system work must be performed by C-7 licensed contractor. Conduit and electrical work to be performed by C-10 licensed contractor. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
