Bella Vista Elementary School - Scope of work consists of site preparation and installation of (2) TK relocatable Classroom buildings, (1) relocatable restroom building and associated site work. 2. Cathedral City Elementary School - Scope of work consists of site preparation and installation of (2) relocatable classroom Buildings, (1) relocatable restroom building and associated site work. 3. Cabot Yerxa Elementary School - Scope of work consist of site preparation and installation of (1) relocatable classroom Buildings, (1) relocatable restroom building, (1) relocatable office building, remodel of an Existing classroom, 20% ADA improvements include fixing path-of-travel, and upgrading The Restrooms along the path-of-travel. Revised parking stalls at parking lot 1 & 2. Revised Drop-off width on south parking lot. This project requires prequalification. Palm Springs Unified School District requires all general contractors and all mechanical, electrical and plumbers (MEP) subcontractors utilizing any of the following licenses be prequalified with the District: General Contractors (A and B) and Subcontractors (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46) Long Beach Unified uses QualityBidders (https://www.qualitybidders.com/) to manage prequalification.
