Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Pacific Highlands Ranch - Solterra Vista Park project for Tri Point Homes and the City of San Diego. 

SCOPE OF WORK

The Work includes the construction of an approximately 8.8-acre active recreation park, with associated improvements including but not limited to grading, drainage, wet utilities, dry utilities, parking improvements, pedestrian walks, tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts, multiuse turf area, lighting, play areas, pre-fabricated bathroom facility, irrigation, planting, with associated and appurtenant construction.

Est Construction Budget: $6,700,000

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.  

There is a SLBE Participation requirement of 10.2%

There is a ELBE Participation requirement of 11.0%

All subcontractors will be required to enroll in an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP).
