Psomas requests qualifications from DBE firms with NAICS Codes 541370 and 541360 interested in providing Land Surveying Services on an “as-needed” basis to support the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Design, District 7, RFQ #07A6087 for A&E On-Call Land Surveying Services within Northwest Los Angeles County. Services may include, but are not limited to, control surveys, design and topographic surveys, construction staking, cadastral land net surveys, as-built surveys, utilities surveys, monumentation surveys, Records of Survey, and the preparation, filing, and recordation of survey documents including, but not limited to, survey field notes, monumentation and Records of Survey maps, topographic and design mapping, drawings, and other related survey documents. Other specialty land surveying services provided shall include, but not be limited to, laser scanning including Mobile Terrestrial Laser Scanning (MTLS), 3D/4D Modeling, subsurface utility mapping, surveys utilizing the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), and GIS data collection.

Scopes of work, as provided in the RFQ, may be provided upon request. This RFQ shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with or reimburse costs to respond hereto. Psomas is a participating employer of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12.
