CARPENTRY, LANDSCAPE, EARTHWORK, HAZMAT ABATEMENT

 

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Miscellaneous alterations and improvements to school interiors and exteriors affecting ADA access, and outdoor areas in seven zones to reduce impermeable paving, create cooler and more natural learning environments, mitigate solar and wind exposure, and manage stormwater drainage. The project also involves hazardous materials abatement. The estimated construction cost is $1,200,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
