This project consists of the relocation, delivery and set up of a 36x40 relocatable classroom building and construction of a new steel ramp system where all the contractors shall jointly coordinate the total work of this project according to the schedule in an orderly and professional manner.

The site work shall include the grading, paving of building pad preparation, foundation, venting, walkways and related work as required for the complete installation of the relocatable building. 

The work shall include providing all utilities required for complete operating systems including, but not limited to, power, fire alarm, data, communications and intrusion detection systems d(to be coordinated with the Owner) . Connect to existing fire alarm system.

This project requires a DSA Class 4 site inspector.
