          Sully-Miller is willing to set aside any portion of work, no matter how small to

Bond Assistance Program (BAP) 

Administered by the Office of the City Administrative Officer, Risk Management, for all City 
departments, the BAP is designed to assist in removing the barriers of surety bonding by 
providing technical and administrative assistance to local, small and minority businesses who 
would not otherwise be able to provide, on their own, the necessary bid, payment, and 
performance bonds to successfully bid and compete for City business opportunities.
