PROJECT DETAILS:
Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Escondido HS Kitchen Project for Escondido Union High School District
SCOPE OF WORK
This project will consist of the demolition of the existing Kitchen, Serving lines, rear delivery stairs, and dock area. It includes the installation of a new Storage Facility, Kitchen, and an indoor Speed Line to distribute food to the students. The Storage addition is to contain walk-in Freezer and Cooler units along with all the equipment required to support their operation. This includes floor sinks, power, lighting, data, and fire alarm. New HVAC systems and fire sprinklers will be required for the entire building. Path of Travel requirements and restroom upgrades are part of the renovation work. In addition, a new entrance gate is required for the main parking lot. All landscaping revisions and re-routing of irrigation will be completed by the District.

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.
