PROJECT DETAILS:
Project estimate is $5,300,000.00, work to be performed Spring and Summer 2025. Please mark your bid with “DBE/MBE/WBE” (as appropriate) and include DBE Certification, your contractor's license and DIR registration numbers with your bid Bids must be received by 12:00 pm on bid day to allow time to evaluate and integrate bids received. Subcontractors will be required to enter into Timberworks' standard subcontract; no modifications to contract will be permitted.
