• This project is governed by the Community Benefits Agreement (CBA), as outlined in Exhibit A.
• The project timeline is 45 calendar days.
• Liquidated damages will be assessed at $2,500.00 per day for any delays.
• By submitting your proposal, you acknowledge and accept the project schedule below:
  1. 03(24-25) DEMOLITION
     • Milestone 1 Mobilization & Submittals - 3 calendar days from date of NTP;
     • Milestone 2 Construction of Green Waste / Paved Maintenance Yard Area -12 calendar days from date of NTP;
     • Milestone 3 Construction of 417 W Alondra Facilities & Foundation - 30 calendar days from date of NTP
  2. 04(24-25) ADDITIONAL PARKING
     • Milestone 1 Mobilization & Submittals - 3 calendar days from date of NTP;
     • Milestone 2 Construction of Green Waste/ Paved Maintenance Yard Area -15 days calendar days from date of NTP;
     • Milestone 3 Construction of 417 W Alondra Facilities & Foundation -45 calendar days from date of NTP.

A few other important notes:

• BIDS DUE  MARCH 28, 2025, FRIDAY END OF DAY TO BE CONSIDERED.
• Read and acknowledge ALL ADDENDUMS

• Subcontractors must be DIR Registered
• MEP subcontractors must be prequalified with the district in order to bid on this project.
• DVBE, SBE, MBE, WBE, DBE, LGBTQQ subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to bid this project.
