YOUDA BUILDERS INC. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers but not limited to:
CARPENTRY, EARTHWORK and PAVING, HAZMAT ABATEMENT

 

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Removal of portions of the existing concrete and asphalt paving; Removal and relocation of storage sheds; Partial demolition of the existing play equipment and playground protective surfacing; Asphalt pavement repair works, Installation of site amenities including basketball equipment and benches; Installation of chain link fence and gates around the dedicated Kindergarten play yard; Application of play yard resurfacing and coating including game line striping, Installation of play equipment and playground protective surfacing; Miscellaneous accessibility upgrades including drinking fountain and restroom signage; Hazardous materials and lead paint abatement. The estimated construction cost is $450,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
