If you are planning to bid this project, we encourage your participation.  The awarding contractor may require performance bonds.  Please provide a separate price for the bond premium cost.  By submitting a bid, the Subcontractor/Supplier represents that he has reviewed the appropriate form and consents to its use without modification, and agrees to execute same if awarded.  No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.  No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless DIR registration and State Contractor License numbers are active, valid, and up-to-date.  This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, pursuant to Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Section 16450 et seq.  Contractor and Subcontractors will be required to furnish electronic certified payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner/eCPR system.  Contractor and Subcontractors shall comply with the requirements set forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1 of the Labor Code.
