Requirements: Subcontractors must possess a current AZ Contractor’s License and Insurance coverage as outlined within the project specifications for the entire length of this contract. Please include your license number. Subcontractors will be required to execute G & G Specialty Contractors, Inc. Subcontract. A copy of the document in electronic format is available upon request.
At our discretion, 100% Payment and 100% Performance bonds may be required. The surety on the bonds must be Arizona admitted surety. Please show a separate line item on your quote for Payment and Performance bond value. This is a PREVAILING wage project.
Quotes are requested by the close of business day on April 17th, 2025. Assistance is available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, and technical support. Assistance is also available in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, and materials.
