PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The complete demolition of the existing Building ā€œEā€. In its entirety, including all slab on grade, foundations, basements, pits, wet/dry utilities beneath the boundary of the Project. Cut/Cap, label and provide utility boxes outside of the work boundary.

The new three-story student center will be constructed in its place. The main programmatic function of the building is dedicated to Group A-2 assembly dining and associated Commercial Kitchen, Group A-3 assembly lecture halls and Group B Business Higher Education spaces including offices, computer labs and support spaces.
