is seeking certified and qualified DBE, DVBE, MBE and SBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Demolition and Clearance Service, Asbestos/Lead Paint Abatement Services, and Development and Implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) or Water Pollution Control Programs in Nevada County Bidder shall possess, at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement valid and current licenses and certificates issued by the California Contractors Stace License Board Class A General Engineering Contractor C-21 Building Moving Demolition Contractor licenses and Hazardous Substance Removal HAZ Certification or Class B General Building Contractor, C-21 Building Moving Demolition Contractor licenses and Hazardous Substance Removal HAZ Certification Subcontractor, at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement must possess a valid and current C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license issued by CSLB Bidder and or subcontractor must possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement a valid and current C-57 Well Drilling Contractor license issued by CSLB Bidder and or subcontractor must possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement a valid and current Asbestos ASB Certification issued by CSLB Bidder and or subcontractor must possess, at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement valid and current Asbestos Contractor Registration with the Department of Industrial Relations DIR Bidder and or subcontractor must possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement valid and current permit with the Department of Industrial Relations DIR Division of Occupational Safety and Health Cal OSHA Bidder must provide copies of the current and valid permit with its bid submittal Bidder and or subcontractor must possess, at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement a valid and current Lead Removal Certificate for supervisors and workers issued by the California Department of Public Health Bidder must provide copies of the current and valid certificate with its bid submittal Bidder and or subcontractor must possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement a valid and current Qualified SWPPP Developer Certificate for SWPPP and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner Certificate QSP issued by the California Stormwater Quality Association CASQA Bidder must provide copies of the current and valid certificates with its bid submittal Bidder and or transporter subcontractor must possess all the following, at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement valid and current Motor Carrier Permit issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles DMV. Bidder must provide copies of the current and valid permit with its bid submittal Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration issued by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control DTSC Bidder must provide copies of the current and valid registration with its bid submittal. C Hazardous Materials Transportation License issued by the California Highway Patrol CHP Bidder must provide copies of the current and valid license with its bid submittal. Hazardous Waste Transporter MCS 90 Endorsement associated with required pollution liability insurance. Bidder must provide copies of the current and valid endorsement with its bid submittal Bidder and or subcontractor must possess, at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the agreement, current and valid Hazardous Materials Registration issued by the United States US Department of Transportation DOT, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration PHMSA Bidder and subcontractor must possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, valid and current registration with DIR Failure of Bidder to sufficiently meet any or all the minimum qualifications, in the opinion of Caltrans, will result in the Bidder’s bid deemed non-responsive
