Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified DBE firms interested in providing services related to the City of Fullerton’s RFQ #2425-07 Engineering Design Services for Harbor Boulevard Complete Streets Improvement Project.

Scope of service items include, but are not limited to: Water Quality (WQMP preparation and preparation of permanent water quality BMP plans), Structural Engineering (small retaining wall design), Geotechnical (pavement rehabilitation, retaining wall design parameters and soil percolation testing), Aerial Surveying (for ground surveying company’s use), Environmental (NEPA CE / CEQA CE), Traffic Engineering (traffic control plan preparation), Utility Locating, Landscape Architecture, and Surveying. 

Interested firms should respond by April 23, 2025, to allow time for evaluation. RFP deadline is May 6, 2025.

Interested firms may respond by submitting your statement of qualifications (including firm profile, relevant local experience, scope, fee, and resumes) and proof of DBE certification via email to Kendra.Sloat@WeAreHarris.com. 

Upon request, Harris & Associates will assist in providing information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. This RFQ shall not obligate Harris & Associates to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, responses hereto.
