SUBCONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION:

• Subcontractors with C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must be prequalified with the Sweetwater Unified High School District. Refer to Instructions to Bidder in the link above for more info.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT:

• A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is applicable to this Project. Refer to the PLA at https://facilities.sweetwaterschools.org/pla/, including the Letter of Assent.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

• Demolition of existing PE locker building, including abatement of hazardous materials present per hazmat report. 
• Removal of portable classroom buildings 800, 803, 804, 805, 806, 903, 904 and restroom building. 
• Existing building modifications include exterior paint at all existing buildings. 
• Construction of a new single-story multipurpose building 1000 including classrooms, locker rooms, and multipurpose space. 
• Site work includes new landscaping, renovations of existing decomposed granite field, new dg track, underground utilities, and stormwater management systems. 
• Scope includes demolition of uncertified digital marquee a#04-107320 and construction of a new digital marquee pc #04-122317
