is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide BIDS THE TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR PALM SPRINGS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AT MULTIPLE CAMPUSES – PHASE 2. Scope of work in this phase of the project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Katherine Finchy - Scope of Work Consist of Site Preparation and Installation Of (1) Relocatable Restroom Building. Classroom Renovations for TK Use and associated site work to accommodate new buildings. 2. Julius Corsini - Scope of Work Consist of Site Preparation and Installation Of (1) Relocatable Restroom Building. Classroom Renovations for TK Use, landscaping and ADA upgrades. 3. Rio Vista - Scope of Work Consist of Site Preparation and Installation Of (2) TK Classroom Buildings, (1) Restroom Buildings, Renovation Of (2) Existing Classrooms for TK Use and associated site work to accommodate buildings. This project requires prequalification. Palm Springs Unified School District requires all general contractors and all mechanical, electrical and plumbers (MEP) subcontractors utilizing any of the following licenses be prequalified with the District: General Contractors (A and B) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46) Palm Springs USD utilizes Quality Bidders (https://www.qualitybidders.com/) to manage their prequalification.
