This project consists of construction installation of an 18 inch water transmission pipeline, air release and vacuum valve installations, blow off valve installations, butterfly valve installations, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, cement mortar line and tape wrapped (CMLTW) or epoxy lined and coded (EXLC) steel pipe, PVC bell restraint harness installations, magnetic flow meter installation, cement slurry backfill, compacted aggregate base, cathodic protection system, connection details and miscellaneous appurtenances.
