SCOPE OF WORK: Scope of work consists of the demolition of an existing outdoor cold box and walk-in freezer and the installation of a new interior cold box and walk-in freezer. Work includes associated structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. Bell Middle School: 620 Briarwood Road, San Diego, CA 92139. Clairemont High School: 4150 Ute Drive, San Diego, CA 92117.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
