This is a Lease-Lease Back contract for an Elementary School Modernization 
Project of several buildings, including sitework updates. This project is an S+B James 
Construction awarded project.  

Trade work to be included not limited to selective surveying, path of travel hardscape improvements, demo/hazmat abatement, concrete, wood framing, millwork, misc. steel, roofing, glass/glazing, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, acoustical ceilings/panels, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, lath/plaster, toilet partitions/accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low-voltage data/communications, PA system, audio/video, intrusion/security, fire alarm, earthwork, paving, site concrete, fencing/gates, underground utilities. 

Prevailing Wages, Certified Payroll, and Skilled and Trained Workforces are required to be utilized and reported. 

To the extent a Proposal designates any electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing subcontractors holding any of the C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 specialty licenses (“MEP Subs”), those MEP Subs also must be prequalified in accordance with the District Prequalification requirements (PQ Bids), prior to submission of that Proposal to the District.  

We are seeking subcontractor bids only. We are seeking DVBE participation from qualified Trade Partners. 

We encourage bidders to bid multiple bid packages as possible. Please separate each price per package. 

To be considered for recommendation to the client, all bidders MUST submit a fully completed bid form, initial and return the respective ITBs, review and confirm the schedule/site logistics. Additional items that help SB James determine the best value include involvement during preconstruction, a completely covered scope as intended, etc. If you do not submit the minimum requirements, your pricing will be considered incomplete.
