PROJECT DETAILS:
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Play Yard Wooden Fence Replacement The scope of this project includes the complete removal of the existing site fence separating the school play yard and adjacent residential properties. The existing concrete retaining wall supporting the fence will be repaired with epoxy crack injections and repair mortars where concrete has spalled. A new site fence with steel posts will be anchored to the existing concrete retaining wall and infilled with wood at the lower half and chain-link fencing at the upper half. The contractor shall furnish labor and materials to provide a 8 feet high with green fabric coverings temporary construction fencing to separate the construction area and the play yard as required for the duration of the construction. There is hazardous materials abatement work in the project. The estimated construction value of the work is $220,000.
