is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide selective site demolition, concrete, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, sheathing, laminated veneer lumber, metal plate connected wood trusses, finish carpentry, custom casework, solid surfacing fabrications, self-adhering sheet waterproofing, batt insulation, weather barriers, vapor retarders, metal roof panels, sheet metal flashing and trim, firestopping, joint sealants, metal doors and frames, plastic-laminate-faced wood doors, access doors and frames, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, louvers, gypsum board assemblies, cement plastering, tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, resilient base and accessories, resinous epoxy flooring, tile carpeting, walk-off tile carpeting, vinyl-coated fabric wall coverings, fiberglass wall panels, painting and coating, markerboards, signage, corner guards, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, other specialties, bike racks, bike lockers, plumbing, HVAC, testing, adjusting and balancing for HVAC, electrical, addressable fire alarm systems, landscape maintenance, site clearing, earth moving, excavation support and protection, asphalt paving, concrete paving, chain link fences and gates, landscape irrigation, landscape documentation package, landscape soil preparation, landscape grading, landscape planting, water distribution system, sanitary sewage systems, storm utility drainage piping, and all other work needed to complete work.
