Scope of work to include: Partial demolition of existing structure and site elements for the modernization of four existing BLDG’s: “S”, “T -WEST”, “T -EAST”, AND “W”. Scope also includes swimming pool replacement, small lobby addition (BLDG “T-East”), and a new BLDG (“U”) for swimming pool equipment. A fire sprinkler system is being added to all BLDG’s along with fire alarm upgrades. Site is being reconfigured for better access to main entry points of facility. Increment #1 only includes safe off & selective demolition for future improvements.
