We are accepting proposals from all trades/suppliers for work associated with Divisions 03 thru 33. Project consists of: Demolition and construction necessary for the modernization of the existing Laney Theater Building inclusive of the following: extensive modifications for accessibility; a glass curtain wall; lobby extension with new elevator; expanded restrooms/amenities; a new north lobby and entry; upgrades to the 300-seat auditorium, technical theater, and AV systems; upgrades to existing classrooms, visual and sound labs; fire alarm modifications; roof replacement; and replacement of the existing mechanical systems.

 Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
