Souza Construction (Souza) is signatory to the Carpenters Union. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Souza may pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Souzas requirements and will be required to sign the standard Souza Subcontract Agreement.
