The primary scope of work is to continue the rehabilitation of the entire segment of Phelps Ave, phase 2 will complete the segment from Posa Chanet to City Limits just past Coalinga Regional Medical Center. Improvements include griding of existing 0.63 miles of a roadway, placement of AC pavement, adjustment of existing manhole covers and utility lids, installation of striping, a new high-visibility crosswalk, 2 new ADA compliant curb ramps and 2 new solar streetlights.
