PROJECT DETAILS:
Project estimate is $1,750,000.00, work to be performed Summer/Fall 2025. Please mark your bid with “DVBE” (if appropriate) and include DVBE Certification, your contractor's license and DIR registration numbers with your bid. Bids must be received by 12:00 pm on bid day to allow time to evaluate and integrate bids received. Subcontractors will be required to enter into Timberworks' standard subcontract; no modifications to contract will be permitted.
