PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Demolition of existing PE locker building, including abatement of hazardous materials. Removal of portable classroom buildings 800,803,804,805,806,903,904, and restroom buildings. Existing building modifications include stucco repair and exterior paint at all existing buildings. Construction of new 15,652 SF single story Multipurpose Building 1000 including classrooms, locker rooms, and a multipurpose space. Site work including new landscaping, renovations to existing decomposed granite field, new dg track, underground utilities, and stormwater management systems. Scope includes demolition of uncertified digital marquee a#04-107320 and construction of new digital marquee – pc #04-122317.
This Project may use state bond funds. As a result, pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified shall be non-responsive and returned unopened
to the bidder. Moreover, any bid listing subcontractors holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses who have not been prequalified shall be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered.
