Engineer’s Estimate: $12,500,000 Contract Time: 495 working days (plus 250 working days for plant establishment) Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes on this project from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for any portion of the work, but specifically the following suggested items: Lead Compliance Plan; Water Pollution Control Program; Water Quality Monitoring and Reporting; Temporary Creek Diversion; Work Area Monitoring (Bridge); Arborist; Biologist; Bat & Bird Exclusion Devices; Construction Area Signs; All Roadside Signs items; Treated Wood Waste; Reset mailboxes; Traffic Control & Flagging; Traffic Control device items, including messaging signs and barriers; Barricades (Type III); Temporary Crash Cushions; TL-3 Crash Cushions; Temporary Barrier System; Temporary Shuttle Service; Erosion control items, including temporary; Hydraulic Mulch; Temporary Hydraulic Mulch; Gravel bag berm; Sediment Barrier; Soil Amendment; Planting, including plant establishment; Wood mulch; Foliage protector; Temporary Irrigation system; Rolled erosion control; Willow wattles; Compost sock; Hydroseeding; Temporary Wildlife Fence; Temporary High-Visibility Fence; All Guardrail System items, including removals; Transition Railing; Tubular Bicycle Railing; Clearing & Grubbing; Tree removal/roadside clearing; Structure excavation & backfill; Asphalt oil supply/delivery; Tack coat; Pavement grinding; Striping & Marking, including temporary, removals and contrast tape; All delineators & markers; CIDH Concrete piling; Drill hole; Structural concrete items; Joint Seal; Rebar; Concrete barrier; Precast concrete bat house; Prepare bridge deck surface; Polyester Concrete overlay; Slope Paving (rock cobble); Rock Slope Protection; RSP fabric; Misc. metal; Paints, Coatings and Stain; Survey monument; Electrical; Temporary signal systems; Water Truck; Street Sweeping; Hauling of construction materials and Hauling of export from the site.
