In accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation, as set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 26, as amended, the City of Fort Collins, Colorado hereby notifies the public that it is recommending the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for applicable professional services, construction and procurement contracts during Federal Fiscal Years 2021, 2022 and 2023. This goal will begin October 1, 2020 and end September 30, 2023. The overall goal for each Fiscal Year is 3%, with 2?ing a race-neutral goal and 1?ing a race-conscious goal. Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was selected is available for inspection by emailing kzeisel@fcov.com or calling 970-224-6067 for 30 days from August 9, 2020.The City of Fort Collins has historically made this information available at a City of Fort Collins building, but due to building closures as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this information is made available by email or by phone. Written comments on this goal will be accepted until September 26, 2020. The comments are for informational purposes only, and may be sent to:

A public meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 10:00 am to allow for questions and comments related to the proposed DBE goal and goal setting methodology.
